Shipping Policy - Exoskeleton Watches
We are committed to dispatching your orders as quickly as possible, with several delivery options to fit your needs. All our watches are carefully assembled and shipped directly from our workshops in France.
Pre‑orders
- Pre‑order watches ship on the exact date shown on the product page.
- Once your pre‑order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time.
Delivery options
For non–pre‑order purchases, we offer two main delivery options:
- Standard Shipping (Free)
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from the date of shipment.
- Available at no extra cost, regardless of your location.
- Express Shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.
- Flat fee varies by destination. The exact amount will be shown at checkout.
Processing time
- All orders (excluding pre‑orders) are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been sent.
- For pre‑order items, processing aligns with the availability date shown on the product page; shipping occurs exactly on that date.
Note: “Business days” are Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.
Shipping zones
- We ship worldwide.
- Delivery times may vary by destination, but we do everything we can to ensure fast and secure shipping wherever you are.
- All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure the security and proper delivery of your Exoskeleton Watches timepieces.
Shipping address
- Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
- Exoskeleton Watches cannot be held responsible for delays or non‑delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you need to make changes before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@exoskeletonwatches.com
Delays and tracking
- If your order is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (carrier delays, exceptional conditions, etc.), we will notify you promptly by email.
- You can track your parcel using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
